Our Sales Policy

• All orders placed on www.orderticketsonline.com are in US currency.
• Customers shall be notified when their tickets are ready for pick up or delivery.
• www.orderticketonline.com is not affiliated with Ticketmaster, or any other ticket agency, in any way.
• The purchase price includes a service charge which reflects our costs and the difficulty in obtaining premium seats and/or hard to get tickets. We reserve the right to provide upgrades to a better class ticket for all ticket orders at no extra charge to the customer.
• Should the event be canceled in its entirety, www.orderticketsonline.com will refund the face value of the ticket. Postponement or time changes of the event due to weather, acts of God or any other outside force, or cancellation of partial performances is beyond the control of www.orderticketsonline.com therefore, no refund shall be given. Tickets must be returned within 7 days of the canceled event, along with your receipt.
• If an event is rescheduled tickets will be valid for new date.
• A Fax authorization credit card charge form may be requested for credit card purchases. Photocopies of credit card and drivers license, plus billing address of cardholder must be provided for verification purposes.
• www.orderticketsonline.com is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
• No refunds or exchanges shall be given after the tickets have been ordered.

• Because we are dealing with many different sources exact seat location tickets cannot be sold in real time. We do our best to keep up and constantly update the web site with ticket availability to make it as accurate as possible. Prices and availability are subject to change at any time. We will provide you with availability and delivery information when your order is confirmed.
